Sr Staff Software Engineer (Distributed Systems | Data Ingestion | Storage | Analytics) - Remote

Description: Lead the technical direction for Health Log Analytics (HLA), a data platform for operational logs at high volume. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape the HLA roadmap and ensure it meets customer needs. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in building and operating production distributed systems, with a focus on large-scale data or platform systems. Proficiency in data ingestion tools (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis) and storage solutions (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, time-series databases). Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Scala, Rust, or Python. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure at scale. Excellent communication skills to convey complex designs to diverse audiences.
