Description: Join CI&T as a Senior .NET Engineer to build complex back-end software solutions. Collaborate with a multicultural team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, with all communication in English. Requirements: Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems. Deep knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and optimization. Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, and software design patterns. Advanced English proficiency and ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural teams. Soft skills: ownership, clear communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Agile methods, and specification-driven development.
