Join us and be part of the change! 🚀 Are you a Senior Java developer with an architectural vision and critical thinking? We are looking for a professional with solid backend experience, capable of anticipating risks, assessing impacts, and driving technical solutions with autonomy, contributing to more efficient, secure, and scalable decisions. 💻 Activities: Develop and evolve microservices and backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3. Design, implement, and document REST APIs, considering security, performance, versioning, and scalability. Analyze solutions from an architectural perspective, identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts, and proposing improvements and technical alternatives. Support development decisions with critical thinking, evaluating scenarios and guiding solutions aligned with architecture best practices and business needs. Develop synchronous and asynchronous integrations using messaging and event-driven architecture. Model data, optimize queries, and ensure quality through automated testing, observability, and development best practices. Work with containerization and deployment in Kubernetes environments, in partnership with platform teams. Perform code reviews, share knowledge, and provide technical support to less experienced professionals. 🛠️ Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years with Java and Spring Boot. Solid knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, microservices, REST APIs, and OpenAPI/Swagger. Knowledge of development patterns and principles, such as DDD, Clean Architecture, SOLID, and design patterns. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server) and JPA/Hibernate. Knowledge of automated testing with JUnit 5 and Mockito, Docker, Git, and CI/CD. Ability to analyze complex scenarios, anticipate risks, assess impacts, and recommend technical solutions grounded in architecture best practices. Autonomy, critical thinking, and clear communication to collaborate with technical and business teams. ✨ Differentiators: Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus). Knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with observability, API security, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and artificial intelligence tools applied to development. Experience in large-scale environments, especially in the financial or telecommunications sectors.
