Staff Software Engineer, iOS Platform

Description: Lead the architecture of Reddit’s iOS Mobile App to scale for 100M+ DAUs. Identify gaps in current iOS App Architecture and lead redesign for improved modularity and performance. Mentor iOS developers and serve as a resource for complex iOS development challenges. Requirements: 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in iOS application design/development. Deep understanding of building mobile applications at scale. Experience influencing technical direction in large organizations (100+ engineers). Proficiency in modern iOS frameworks like Swift UI and structured Concurrency. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
