Senior QA Data Engineer

Description: Fully remote position at Gradient AI, a provider of AI solutions for the insurance industry. Role involves establishing data quality and testing processes, ensuring the trustworthiness of customer data. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on backend automated testing. Proficiency in automated data testing frameworks (Soda, dbt) and strong SQL skills (Spark SQL preferred). Familiarity with Airflow, Databricks, version control, and CI/CD. Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and coach others; bonus for experience in healthcare data or anomaly detection tools.
