Senior AI/ML Engineer

Description: Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for AI in clinical assessment for US healthcare providers. Work remotely in Canada, collaborating with teams in North America and London. Requirements: PhD in computational science or AI-related field with 2 years of ML engineering experience, or BSc/MSc with 4 years of experience. Expertise in productizing LLM features, eval-driven development, and proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript. Proven experience building LLM agent harness and utilizing reinforcement learning. Strong architectural skills for scalable ML systems and understanding of statistical principles in LLM evaluation. Proficiency with version control (preferably Git) and databases (SQL/NoSQL), and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization. Interest in mental healthcare challenges and ability to work North American hours. Benefits: Salary: CA$173,000 – CA$192,000 per year. Equity share options and 25 days PTO.
