CAE Application Engineer (Structural, Thermal, RF/SI-PI)

Description: Flexcompute is hiring a CAE Application Engineer in South Korea, focusing on structural, thermal, and RF/SI-PI analysis in semiconductor and advanced packaging. Responsibilities include leading customer evaluations, setting up simulations, and conducting technical training workshops in Korean. Requirements: Practical experience in structural, thermal, or RF/electromagnetic analysis. Fluent in Korean and proficient in English; eligible to work in South Korea without visa sponsorship. MSc or PhD in relevant fields or BSc with significant industry experience; strong foundations in physics and programming skills (preferably Python).
