AI Tech Lead

Description: Senior hands-on engineer responsible for the AI layer of the Agentic platform. Set technical direction and quality standards for a team of AI engineers while writing production code. Requirements: 7+ years in software or ML engineering, with 2+ years in LLM-based applications. Experience leading a team of 3+ AI engineers/scientists. Deep hands-on experience with LLM application engineering and evaluation pipelines. Strong Python skills and experience with APIs, cloud deployment, and debugging distributed systems.
