Solution Architect - Healthcare (Mid/Senior)

Description: Design end-to-end solution architectures for healthcare clients, covering patient-facing channels, clinical workflows, and business operations. Translate business and clinical needs into actionable architecture designs for diverse stakeholders. Own the solution design across the application landscape, integration patterns, data models, and non-functional requirements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical safety standards. Build on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with regulated-industry controls. Conduct vendor evaluations and produce architecture deliverables that withstand scrutiny. Collaborate with client teams and contribute to Exerizon's healthcare practice. Requirements: 5+ years (mid) or 8+ years (senior) in solution architecture or senior engineering roles. 2+ years in healthcare, understanding both clinical and commercial processes. Proficient in integration patterns, data modeling, identity and access management, and non-functional requirements. Experience with cloud architecture on Azure or similar platforms. Knowledge of GDPR health data regulations and Polish medical records law. Strong communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to defend architectural decisions.
