HR Data Analyst Assistant

Description: Fully remote HR Data Analyst Assistant role at Disaster Care Capital, a fire and flood restoration company. Responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, daily attendance reporting, and assisting with data automation. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in an admin, data, or HR support role. Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above). Exceptional attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc.). Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage routine tasks reliably.
