Senior AI and MSP Specialist (Remote) - #35337

Description: Build a client Copilot agent from scratch and secure it correctly. Connect the agent to business systems and troubleshoot issues independently. Train client staff and deliver AI governance workshops. Become Elevate's AI practice lead. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT or technical roles with strong troubleshooting skills. 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or related technologies. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Copilot tools. Understanding of AI security, data leakage risks, and experience with Microsoft Purview. Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Ability to connect agents to business systems using APIs and Power Automate. Excellent English communication skills.
