Tech Lead - Payments and Billing

Description: Join tem as a Tech Lead for the Payments squad within the Billing and Payments Service. Responsible for scaling and improving the payments infrastructure to enhance efficiency and reduce processing costs. Requirements: Proven experience as a tech lead with a focus on delivery and standards. Hands-on experience in writing design docs, reviewing code, and solving technical challenges. Ability to coach junior engineers while maintaining quality and speed. Experience in designing team workflows and managing cross-team dependencies. Preferred experience with Python (FastAPI) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Ideally, a background in the payments industry to leverage competitive advantages.
