Description: Senior Full Stack Engineer role focused on a custom community platform for personal development and coaching. Contract-to-hire opportunity with initial 3-month contract leading to potential full-time position. Requires availability within 5-6 hours of MST schedule. Requirements: 8 to 12+ years of software engineering experience, strong production experience with Vue.js, and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred). Proven experience in backend architecture, production readiness, and assessing applications for security and performance risks. Ability to own features end-to-end and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
