HQ - Lead Information Security Engineer

Description: Seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Information Security Engineer to manage a team of four security professionals. Responsible for incident management, threat detection, and continuous improvement of security posture. Role includes setting priorities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective execution of Security Operations strategy. Fully remote position with flexibility within ±1 hour of CET. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in SecOps, cloud security, incident response, or security engineering. Previous experience leading or managing a security team, including mentoring and workload coordination. At least 3 years in threat analysis, SIEM alert investigation, and incident management. At least 2 years of experience with CSPM tools. Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
