Staff Hardware Engineer, Electrical Distribution System / Harness

Description: Develop and manage electrical distribution system (EDS) and wiring harness design for autonomous vehicle platforms. Translate system and vehicle requirements into power, grounding, signal, and communication architectures. Requirements: BS in electrical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution systems or related fields; 8+ years preferred for Staff-level. Proficiency with ECAD/MCAD tools and knowledge of automotive communication protocols. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
