Senior Director, Enterprise Data Management

Description: Lead and execute Versapay’s enterprise data strategy, integrating various data layers into a unified operational backbone. Drive data governance, quality, accessibility, and commercialization to support AI-powered product features and workflows. Requirements: 10+ years of data leadership experience, with 5+ years at the Director level in enterprise data strategy or governance. Expertise in cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake), ETL frameworks, and AI/ML infrastructure. Proven ability to build and lead technical teams and manage data for commercial use, ensuring compliance and governance. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year.
