Description: Guide enterprise customers through migrations from legacy identity and directory architectures to JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform. Serve as a trusted technical authority, bridging customer business requirements with architectural execution and driving platform adoption. Requirements: Proven experience in enterprise identity architecture design and executing directory migrations. Deep technical expertise in authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM) and multi-OS device management. Advanced understanding of Microsoft ecosystems (Active Directory, Azure AD) and identity governance frameworks.
