You’ll work directly with teams across operations, finance, clinical, and other business functions to understand how work gets done, find bottlenecks, and rapidly build practical tools using AI, automation, APIs, SQL, Python, and low-code technologies. This is not a traditional software engineering role. It’s for someone who can walk into a department, quickly understand the process, spot what’s inefficient, and build something useful—often in days rather than months.
