Should be responsible for Problem Solving and Research Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and research for better solutions. Coding Tasks : Should Independently complete complex coding tasks as part of sprint cycles. Provide careful code reviews and execute it. Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications : Should have at least two Salesforce certifications (Admin and Developer I certificates). nCino certifications are highly preferred. Note: nCino Developers play a crucial role in configuring and customizing nCino/SFDC applications to meet business needs. Education & Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field is often preferred. A degree in fields such as information technology, computer science, or computer engineering.
