Strong understanding of machine learning for information retrieval, search ranking, and recommendation systems. Proficient in Python and modern machine learning frameworks. Experience with large-scale datasets and scalable machine learning systems. Ability to design and evaluate experiments and interpret model performance. Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their application in discovery experiences. Strong communication skills and ability to work across disciplines.
