Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as tech lead or founding engineer. Proficient in multiple tech stacks, having shipped production code in at least three different ones. Experience in taking over and improving messy codebases and teams. Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with GMs, operators, and customers.
