Cloud Platform Support Engineer (Azure Operations)

Description: Support and operate enterprise Azure services, including monitoring, incident response, and request fulfillment across Azure networking/security, AKS, AVD, and Azure Monitor. Responsibilities include monitoring platform health, resolving incidents, fulfilling access requests, operating AKS and AVD environments, and maintaining operational runbooks. Requirements: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Azure operations support. Strong knowledge of Azure RBAC, networking fundamentals, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and hands-on experience with AKS/AVD.
