Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Task Lead (AI Projects)

Description: Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers in developing engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation. Oversee task reviews for engineering accuracy and ensure reliable automated grading of technical outcomes. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline. Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Fortran, Julia, or MATLAB/Octave. Proficiency in Linux and command-line environments. Hands-on expertise in FEA, CFD, dynamics, flight simulation, or related areas. Experience in reviewing complex technical work and engineering simulations. Strong analytical judgment and mentoring experience. Excellent written communication skills.
