Global Recruitment Lead - AI/ML & Data Programs

Description: Lead the design and execution of a global hiring strategy for AI data programs, focusing on annotation, multilingual projects, and specialized domains. Build and manage recruitment pipelines across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC to meet fast-paced client demands. Establish a flexible workforce ecosystem, including vendors and freelancers, to adapt to changing project needs. Implement structured screening frameworks and certification processes to ensure quality talent. Collaborate with operations leaders for capacity planning and workforce readiness. Requirements: 5 to 10 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in AI/ML, data services, or tech-enabled platforms. Proven experience in scaling distributed teams of 50 to 500+ people across international programs. Familiarity with multilingual and contractor-based workforce models, and experience in AI data annotation or LLM evaluation. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards and adjust strategies based on metrics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
