Staff Software Engineer, AI Gateway

Description: Join Docker's AI Gateway team to build tools for AI agent development, focusing on model orchestration, observability, and governance. Set technical direction for core systems and solve complex problems related to model selection, cost-based routing, and policy enforcement. Requirements: 8+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems. Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and API design. Proficiency in Go and/or Rust, with experience in building secure, high-throughput services. Strong product mindset and ability to identify and address systemic gaps in architecture and tooling.
