Description: Lead the visual direction for a growing portfolio of digital games at Midnite. Combine creative leadership with hands-on execution to deliver polished, premium experiences. Requirements: Significant experience in a senior Game Art, Art Direction, or Creative Leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality game art, UI, and motion design. Experience defining and maintaining art direction across multiple products. Understanding of animation principles, interaction design, and player feedback. Experience designing for mobile and/or web platforms. Ability to work within multidisciplinary Product and Engineering teams.
