Staff Engineer - AI Platform

Description: HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system supporting agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs globally. The Staff Engineer (AI) will architect and build agentic systems and AI foundations within the Platform Services team, focusing on shared infrastructure and core services. Requirements: 12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time as a senior or staff-level contributor. 1+ year of experience architecting agentic systems in production, including orchestration and context management. Expert-level proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js. Strong hands-on orientation with coding, debugging, and architecture. Knowledge of LLM application fundamentals and AI observability tools. Experience with GCP and/or AWS service management. Proven ability to lead technically and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
