Description: Lead a new DevOps practice within the Conversational AI team at ServiceNow. Own the build, deployment, and reliability of systems behind ServiceNow Otto, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and operational tooling. Requirements: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps. Deep expertise in cloud-native applications, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
