AI CRM & Retention Automation Lead

Description: Lead the design, build, and scaling of an AI-driven CRM system for player retention. Transition the CRM team from manual campaign building to AI-supervised personalization. Requirements: Proven experience in building production automation systems connecting data, models, and marketing tools. Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Customer.io preferred) and customer data platforms. Ability to design AI-driven flows and strong systems thinking skills. Background in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or similar fields with high-volume customer data is a plus. Senior/Lead level experience with ownership of architecture, roadmap, and implementation.
