DevOps Engineer (Vac DST)

Description: Join the IFT Technical Services Distributed Systems Testing (DST) Team to assess performance and reliability of IFT projects, including Logos (λ). Focus on designing and executing evaluation strategies for distributed systems, automating test scenarios, and providing insights into system behaviors. Requirements: Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production or research environments. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and networking relevant to distributed/P2P systems. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.). Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.). Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (ideally Python). Interest or experience with distributed systems, P2P networks, or blockchain technologies. Excellent written and conversational communication skills.
