Director, SAP App Dev. & Innovation

Description: Lead integration of software and hardware frameworks, systems, and product design for SAP offerings. Manage technical SAP teams through complex system development and deployment, focusing on AI and application integration. Re-engineer and maintain custom SAP SOH workloads on S/4 and BTP, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with business objectives. Provide architectural guidance and evaluate business requirements to architect integrated SAP solutions. Mentor and train engineering teams, ensuring adherence to product development standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, plus 12 years of SAP integration/development experience. Proven experience with 8+ SAP ECC or S/4 HANA implementation projects. Deep technical experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA application engineering, including ABAP frameworks and Fiori applications. Experience with cloud-based applications using SAP BTP services and Clean Core principles. Up to 10% domestic travel required; position is fully remote.
