Technical Lead (Core Services)

Description: Aveni is seeking a Technical Lead for Core Services to oversee the architecture and operational reliability of its AI platform for financial services. The role involves leading a team of 6-7 engineers, focusing on client-data ingestion, CRM integrations, multi-tenancy, and data lifecycle management. Requirements: Significant software engineering experience with a strong track record in technical leadership and architectural decision-making. Deep production experience with Node.js and cloud-native systems on AWS, particularly in event-driven architectures and multi-tenancy. Strong understanding of reliability, observability, security, and operational ownership. Experience mentoring engineers and communicating technical decisions effectively.
