Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning

Description: Join the Data Platform team at Ping Identity to build enterprise AI governance capabilities. Define and implement governance for AI agents, focusing on security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6+ years in ML Engineering roles with hands-on experience in ML algorithms and data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark). Proficient in Java and Python for developing enterprise and cloud applications. Experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.
