Senior Backend Engineer (Golang)

Description: Join Kunai as a Senior Backend Engineer focusing on building a new abstraction layer for data access in core banking systems. Collaborate with Profile Engineer and data engineers to design and maintain integration layers for safe data consumption. Requirements: 5+ years of backend engineering experience, primarily in Go. Experience with integration layers between legacy systems and modern applications. Familiarity with transactional systems, payments, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka). Exposure to legacy core banking systems is a plus. Experience provisioning cloud services in AWS or similar providers. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technology.
