SDR Manager

We are looking for a hands-on sales development leader to build and run Oppizi’s outbound engine from Barcelona. You will manage our SDR team, carry your own pipeline target, and own the outbound motion end to end: lists, sequences, deliverability, coaching, and conversion. If you know outbound as a craft and not just as a dashboard, and you want to build the machine rather than inherit it, we want to hear from you. What’s Oppizi Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. You have personally written the sequences, fixed the deliverability, and cracked the list that finally worked. Coach rather than supervise . You have taken a ramping SDR and made them good, and you can point to who and how. Lead from the front. You are comfortable carrying your own number while developing the team around you. Build where there is no playbook. You bring structure to ambiguity instead of waiting for it to arrive. Move with urgency. You operate fast, adapt quickly, and prefer shipping to planning.
