Data Engineer

Description: UJET is seeking a Data Engineer to manage data systems, including CDC replication from MySQL to BigQuery, data pipelines, and Looker models. The role involves building and evolving the data platform, ensuring data trust and reliability, and treating data as a product. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data platforms. Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in BigQuery and dbt. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and major cloud platforms (preferably GCP). Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing and version control.
