Senior Fullstack Engineer

Description: Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. Own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, shaping the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback. Requirements: At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features. Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred. Native German proficiency and fluent English. Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions. A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment. Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial. Benefits: Salary range: €80,000 to €120,000 annually.
