Staff Data Engineer

Description: Own Moxie's data infrastructure including pipelines, warehouse, and modeling layer. Partner with Engineering and Finance to ensure data integrity and availability for internal teams and practices. Requirements: 5-10 years of data engineering experience, with a focus on building critical systems. Proficient in dbt, SQL modeling, and financial concepts like cash vs. accrual accounting. Strong Python skills and experience with orchestration tools (Prefect, Airflow). Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery and gathering requirements from non-technical partners. Ownership mindset regarding uptime, reliability, and cost optimization. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in data stacks.
