Description: Seeking an AI Solutions Engineer & Full-Stack Developer to lead technical development and automation of business tools. Role involves building, integrating, and scaling operational systems across a multi-organisation structure. Requirements: Proven experience in building custom internal tools and workflow automations. Extensive experience with conversational AI tools, specifically Replit and Hercules. Familiarity with telephony workflows via Twilio and front-end development in Astro and React. Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including webhooks and API workflows. Strong analytical mindset connecting software engineering to business metrics.
