Dispatcher

Description Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager / Truck Dispatcher who knows how to keep trucks moving, drivers productive, customers informed, and a fleet profitable. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and understands the business behind every dispatch decision. Our client is a growing, agile, technology-focused transportation company operating more than 100 trucks and 250 trailers across the U.S. We move fast, stay sharp, maintain high standards, and believe work can be both challenging and fun. Our greatest competitive advantage is our team. How we work together, support one another, and take care of each other is a big part of what makes our client’s company different. Our strength comes from our relationships - with our teammates, drivers, customers, and partners - and from the way we show up for each other every day. Our values of trust, respect, partnership, ownership, diversity, and safety guide how we operate and how we treat people.
