Senior Blockchain Engineer, Moonshot

Description: Develop new blockchain infrastructure and product ideas from concept to production. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to identify and address developer or infrastructure problems. Requirements: Proven experience in transforming ambiguous engineering problems into working prototypes and production solutions. In-depth knowledge of at least one blockchain's execution model, transaction lifecycle, and failure behavior. Strong software engineering skills, particularly in backend or distributed systems. Ability to read and analyze unfamiliar code and specifications, forming testable hypotheses. Experience in designing performance benchmarks and identifying system bottlenecks. Strong reasoning skills regarding correctness and security, especially in financial contexts. Clear communication and documentation skills for collaboration with other teams.
