AI Engineer (REMOTE)

Description: EnableComp provides Specialty Revenue Cycle Management solutions for healthcare organizations using its E360 RCM™ intelligent automation platform. The AI Engineer will build, train, and evaluate machine learning models, focusing on reinforcement learning and collaborating with domain experts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related field; MS or PhD preferred. 3+ years of experience in training or fine-tuning language models and demonstrated reinforcement learning experience. Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with knowledge of policy optimization methods like PPO, DPO, or GRPO. Experience with healthcare data or in regulated industries is preferred. Ability to analyze complex documentation and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
