Senior Commercial Counsel, Data Acquisition & Licensing

Description: High-impact legal role focused on structuring, negotiating, and managing agreements for data acquisition and licensing. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. Minimum 7 years of post-JD legal experience, particularly in negotiating data licensing and acquisition agreements. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (FCRA, GLBA, state laws) and experience with credit bureau or alternative-data relationships preferred. Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage high-volume contracts in a fast-paced environment.
