What your weeks are going to look like• Daily Scrum meetings; • Build a trusted relationship with the partner by acting as the main point of contact within your area of expertise; • Contribute to the various stages of design and development of a video game on a mobile platform within a multidisciplinary production team; • Maintain smooth communication with other departments (design, art, production) to ensure optimal integration of all project components; • Provide your expertise to determine the most appropriate technical approaches to achieve the desired project outcomes; • Ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices (code reviews, testing, optimization); • Mobilize, mentor, and support your direct team through ongoing coaching and continuous feedback; • Collaborate with the Technical Director (Core Team) to ensure alignment with company standards.
