Tech Lead Engineer

Description: Senior technical leader responsible for driving Elite’s product and platform roadmap. Combines engineering expertise with leadership to guide architecture decisions and mentor engineers. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of professional software development experience with complex, scalable applications. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft stack (C# / .NET Core, Angular) and Azure cloud services. Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong database experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
