Founding ML Engineer, Computer Vision (Object Detection)

Description: Founding machine learning engineer focused on computer vision for item identification in an online marketplace. Build and productionize models to distinguish fine-grained product details with an emphasis on accuracy and user trust. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of applied computer vision experience with production systems at scale. Hands-on experience with fine-grained classification and deploying vision transformers or CNNs using PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience in building evaluation frameworks, calibrated confidence scoring, and low-latency model-serving systems. Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical problem-solving.
