Founding Harness Engineer (AI Agents)

Description: Join an early-stage startup building an AI coworker that integrates into team tools. Role involves creating the agent's behavior layer, including context management and task execution. Initial contract position with potential for full-time, remote work from Latin America or Eastern Europe. Requirements: Proven experience shipping tool-using LLM agents to real users in production. Strong backend skills in Python or TypeScript, including async jobs and state management. Experience building evaluation and regression suites for LLM behavior.
