Staff Backend Engineer,

Description: Rythm is a fast-growing lab redefining at-home testing with a focus on monthly lab testing. The Staff Backend Engineer will build and strengthen the backend systems connecting products, laboratory, logistics, and operations. Requirements: Extensive experience in designing, building, and owning backend systems at scale. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security, and production operations. Ability to balance long-term architecture with immediate delivery needs. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical partners. Hands-on mindset with a desire to remain close to technical work.
