Principal Frontend Engineer

Description: HavocAI is seeking a Principal Frontend Engineer to architect, build, and scale real-time interfaces for autonomous systems across various domains. The role involves working with a senior team to enhance a geospatial interface that commands autonomous vehicles, ensuring high performance and reliability. Requirements: 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, particularly at Staff or Principal level. Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of frontend performance and rendering models. Experience with geospatial applications using technologies like MapLibre or Mapbox GL. Proven ability to scale real-time applications and optimize large geospatial feature sets. Familiarity with real-time communication technologies (WebSockets, MQTT, etc.) and client-side data architectures. Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
