Staff Data Engineer

Description: Staff-level individual contributor role focused on setting technical direction for Clarium's data platform. Responsible for data modeling, movement, and trust across the organization, particularly in supply chain data from hospital ERP systems. Requirements: 8+ years of data or software engineering experience with end-to-end system ownership. Expert-level SQL skills and strong Python proficiency for production data work. Deep experience with relational databases (Postgres and Snowflake preferred) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt). Production experience with AWS data workloads and leading cross-team initiatives. Benefits: Target base salary range of $170K - $210K plus equity.
